The have been 3 different internet providers that have a corrupted access file. This has affected 5 people

The result is that there is an error message when trying to acces the user name and password page.

deleted items folder.

If you can log on to the site but have problems accessing videos or reports you
must clear your temporary internet files.

Go to tools, internet options, advanced, and check off  "temporary internet files"

It is possible that there is an error. If you write me, please specify the user
name and password you are using.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION MAY HAVE LAPSED.

IF YOU RENEWED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, you have been issued a NEW user
name and password AND YOUR OLD USER NAME & PASSWORD WON'T WORK!

If you did NOT receive a NEW USER NAME AND PASSWORD, IT IS BECAUSE
YOU E-MAIL IS REJECTING MY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT YOU.
